How we keep your personally identifiable information secure and private.

Simple, Plain Language Policy

• We only keep your name, address, and phone number on our servers.
• We do not keep any of your financial information on our servers.  All financial transactions are handled by our card processors stripe.com.
• We do not share your information with anybody for any reason other than a court order.
• We do not sell your information to anybody for any  reason.
• We do not knowingly retain any information about person(s) under 18 years of age.
• We publish the list of members first and last names of our Society of Patrons unless requested not to do so.
• We retain contributors names, address, and donation amounts for seven years as required by law.
• Upon request we will delete any of your personal information we have with the exception of that information we are required by law to retain.

One of the things that makes a charitable foundation successful is earning the trust of its patrons.  Part of earning your trust is keeping your personally identifiable information strictly confidential.  We also work to make sure that our systems cannot be "hacked" or "scraped" my bad actors.  This is one reason we do not ever keep any of your financial information.  We use a commercial card processor, Stripe, Inc., (San Francisco) to process all financial transactions.  None of your financial information is seen by our server(s).  All we get is a report that the transaction was completed and your contact information.
